Please order your U.S. shoe size for a closed toe shoe and we will select the correct Werner Kern size for you. If you already know your Werner Kern size, please list it in the comments section of the Check Out page.
If your shoes don't fit comfortably, simply contact us and we will email you a prepaid return label you can print out and affix to the box and return it to us at no cost to you. We will send you the correct size as soon as we receive the return. One exchange per shoe order is at no cost to the customer. See Return Policy for restrictions on returns or exchanges for bulk orders of five (5) or more shoes.
Suede is the preferred sole for dancers. It is smooth and great for pivoting. If the floor you dance on is slippery you can brush the shoe’s sole to increase resistance.
We send our shoes from Virginia via USPS Priority mail with an estimated one to three business day delivery for a US destination. We do not ship outside of the US. We use real time USPS shipping rates which will be calculated and added to your shopping cart when you check out. Orders over $250 qualify for FREE shipping. Women's shoes weigh 2lbs; men's shoes weigh 3lbs.
For items purchased at our shop or shipped to an address in Virginia there is a 6% sales tax. For items shipped outside Virginia there is no sales tax.
Yes, add the shoe to your cart, check out, and select “In Store Pickup” from the shipping options dropdown list. You will be charged $0.00 for shipping. This option is available for residents within a 60-mile radius of our shop in Northern Virginia.
Items in stock ship in 1-2 days. Items not in stock may be pre-ordered for delivery in 2-3 weeks. We receive inventory shipments from Germany every week or every other week.
Returns and exchanges
Items may be returned within 30 days for refund, exchange, or credit if shoes are in new and unused condition with the original packaging.
If your new shoes do not fit comfortably, Tango Boutique will pay the return shipping and mail you the correct size at no cost to customers. Simply send us an email, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. The Tango Boutique will pay the shipping for the first exchange; the customer pays further exchange postage.
If you choose to return your shoes for a refund, shipping costs are not refundable.
